What's the story?

Hey there! I’m Alexis Taylor Blandine. As a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness, I’m the face behind ATB Nutrition.

My goal? To help you ACHIEVE small goals, THRIVE in how you feel by making some lifestyle changes, and BALANCE your new habits to feel your best and enjoy the food that brings everyone together. 

I truly love getting to work with people to create healthier lifestyle choices that work for THEM. I love the “a-ha!” moment when explaining nutrient metabolism, and the smile on someone’s face when they crush a goal. 

When I’m not talking about food (which is not very often, I’m Italian after all), you can find me doing some of the following: 

  • in search of the perfect cup of coffee.

  • getting a move on; as a former student athlete (rower) I love the strength I feel after a good weight training session just as much as a relaxing bike ride along the beach or a nice yoga flow. 

  • packing all of my belongings like a game of Tetris into my carry on to travel somewhere new.
